I am trying ..done juice fasting for 3 days until I bout passed out ..then cut it back to juicing for 2 meals and eating a lots of raw foods and good for you veggies and such . but I am juicing everyday and that is better than not .

I am still not where I wanna be but thank GOd I ain't where I used to be !!

one step at a time is best for me ..gonna keep on keeping on
