Good job on finishing! The detox symptoms are not fun...but the reward you get when you feel your body making positive changes is worth it! I did a long fast and I remember how discouraging my friends and family were, it was so frustrating because I couldn’t say what I really wanted and that was look at you guys! They were and still are battling obesity and all these medical complications from their meds...and here they were worried about me. Anyway, don’t let any of that get you down...good job!
