Hello!

I love this site; there is so much good information. I have been lurking for a long while and suddenly decided to join. I am going on a 30 day juice fast (and some bone broth). I have had great experiences with fasting. I have completed both 15 day Water Fast and a 123 day juice fast! Honestly, the water kicked my a**. The 123 day juice fast was hard but my energy was amazing. I mistakenly thought that I could re-introduce a little bad food and that little turned into a lot. Now my weight has crept back up and I am ready to face reality and get down to business...again! Hopefully I can help hold someone here accountable while also being held accountable myself...here I go!
