Hi,

I think there are 2 things you can do as well as selenium which will really improve your breast health and avoid cancer.

1. Essential fatty acids (with high omega 3 profile)

I take double strength fish oil with high levels of epa and dha). I also take a tablespoon of flaxeed oil at night.

2. Iodine supplementation - daily, forever.
