Is it likely that I would get such a violence reaction so suddenly like that? I heard garlic helped with bloating? I'm so confused!!

I read the protocol for the bowel cleanse, and it mentions like 7 different enemas, which is why I posted this thread, hoping someone can help me sift through the vague information.
