I mean the tinctures. About 3/4 of the dropper daily seems fine per my personal experience. All I can speak of is from my own experience & I found the tinctures at Vitacost to be effective as well as not very expensive. You should not use too much Wormwood at one time. Google info on possible harmful effects - but it is very powerful in killing nasty critters.
