in the book it lists chronic fatigue under the non-cancerous illnesses section and it uses the entire therapy with minor modifications for non-cancer patients. so i guess there would be your answer, im curious if anyone else has a more definitive answer for your question as well, since its relevant to me too. you can email the gerson institute too by the way. would love to hear the response you get. good luck.
