The only place that I'm seeing info on the blood cleansing tincture is in the liver flush thread. Is it okay to take this tincture when I'm not liver flushing? Absolutely! It's extremely beneficial for the lymphatic system :) I'm preparing to flush but I feel most comfortable trying the tincture first and getting a feel for it before I start flushing. That'll work!
I just made the tincture today...Yay! Making our own is SO empowering! But :::looking at calendar::: tomorrow is the full moon, so this is the opposite time from when we should start our tinctures (always start on the new moon, press on the full). So I'm guessing maybe you bought all the individual tinctures and just mixed them together today (???) - or maybe you just wanted to get it started and don't have time/inclination to do the whole "moon thing" Either way, it'll likely be better than anything 'typical'.

Hi there Uny et all, Howdy Beth (and as always, a bazillion sorries for the late response)
I'd like to begin liver flushing soon and wanted to check in first. I did a kidney bladder flush last week and successfully drank much more tea than the last time with no ill effects. Yay! YAY-YaHOOEY! AWESOME! In fact, I felt really good while I was doing it. (I didn't use the lemon though, which seems to make my bladder burn, so I'm not sure how that effected the flush). I realize that I will have to incorporate lemon while I liver flush... Yes, for the flush you need to use some type of 'sour citrus' (lemon, lime or grapefruit...I typically use grapefruit). I recommend apple juice for the morning flush drink on the 5-day cleanse (for the malic acid to soften stones/debris), and you can add ACV anytime during the days during the 5-day cleanse.
Anyhow, I've been using the liver gall bladder tincture, which makes me feel fairly crappy with "urpy burpies" so I think I might wait a few days and see if some of that dissipates before I start flushing...'activating' a clogged/congested liver (even with the tincture) that's filled with all manner of 'liver debris' almost ALWAYS causes "urpy-burpies". It's typical, common and definitely to-be-expected. That's why we love the Liver-Detox-Digestion Tea SO much (there's no such thing as "too much" - have it as often as you'd like). And ginger, and peppermint, and charcoal, and CE's, and castor oil packs, and foot reflexology, and anything that helps relieve the urpy-burpy until the big relief after the big flush :)
May I start Uny? You may fire when ready :)
Also, I ordered an earthing mat and am patiently awaiting it's arrival! Fantastic! Be sure to take it to bed with you, too :)
Hooray!
And finally, I've got 24 coffee enemas under my belt now!!! Woop woop! Double Woop-woop! GO BETH!!
Blessings,
Uny
