The only place that I'm seeing info on the blood cleansing tincture is in the Liver Flush thread. Is it okay to take this tincture when I'm not liver flushing? I'm preparing to flush but I feel most comfortable trying the tincture first and getting a feel for it before I start flushing.

I just made the tincture today...
