Hi, :))

I have been doing some dry fasts, up to, 1 to, 2 days.
Water fasting is hard, this seems easier.
But, I feel like I need to know more before I go further. PLEASE, any help, experiences, and advise, is very much appreciated!

If you can help answer these questions in particular, I think these, from what little I know, would help, give me the elementary insight, into, how, I will need to proceed, in dry fasting.

What are the dangers of dry fasting?
Also, what can I do, to best prepare for a dry fast?
Last of all, how do I, keep on a dry fast, for a long period, successfully?
