Wow. Good you saw results with Walnut Oil. I am gonna try Coconut Oil again. Hope it works. I am very sick of OO. First 2 flushes, I thought it was fine. But I dont know why, the thought of it makes me nauseated.
I know Coconut Oil is not the best choice. ( because its saturated fat, and saturated fats are not good as per some theory)
But will give it a shot. Will post my results about how it goes.
