All the best with your return to work. I remember when I went back very part time 2.5 years ago after being on a disability for 6 years. It was quite the challenge while cleansing but I only started with about 8 shifts per month.
It was really helpful to feel somewhat normal again. Forced me to think about my physical appearance a little and the needs of others.

I'm sure you will do great and just keep moving forward with your health.
