This is what my husband and I have been doing: Buy a package of empty gelatin capsules, then encapsulate all the Epsom Salt dosages. 14 caps = 1 TB of ES. You won't taste a thing! I posted instructions on how to do a flush with oil capsules, Epsom Salt capsules, etc on pg 251. My husband just had too much nausea doing the liquid oil, and we hated the taste of ES, so I did it this way and am so glad! Good luck and happy flushing!
