food sensitivities can be one of the common symptoms for people with adrenal fatigue. It was one of the issues that alerted me to a problem, I had never had any before.
Also something called leaky gut can go hand in hand with adrenal fatigue.

I actually bought that woman's ebook and it was really helpful, but then I found out later that adrenal issues need to be addressed first or it won't heal.
