Is it safe to fast 2 weeks, refeed 1 day, and repeat? I only want to do this until I get down to 160-170 lbs. Then, I will eat normally for 30 days. And exercise until I reach my goal. OR instead of 2 weeks, what about doing 4 days of fasting, refeed 1 day, and repeat?
