Does Lam just use synthetic vitamins?
I think it is hard to figure this out on my own, that´s why I think about contacting him.
I have started taking Sea Salt - hopefully I will see some results.
For me sleeping without medication is not possible right know, my body is a chaos of stress hormones.
My saliva tests were taken several times through the day, so they should be accurate enough. I don`t know if i have had Aldosterone tested, so I will for sure ask my doctor to do so.
I have also started taking Adrenal Stress End, these pills have rose hips and licorice roots in them.
Did this total stress feeling/wiredness go away quickly for you?
