I have read that before, a few times, but it was a month or so ago and there is soo much information on his site, trying to explain what is ultimately so many variables depending on the person. It helps to put it into context when it is being experienced or in your case, hindsight.
I will surely ask her about it and continue to listen to my intuition and my body which has been telling me to back off even the minimal doses that I have been prescribed.
