you might try searching the forum and looking for posts that are Recommended and especially those by newport, wombat, ginagirl and justthinking, to name a few of the top choices.

i like to keep it simple. magnesium is another of the more common deficiencies. its just good to take it and keep the mineral picture complete. thats my take. my favorite is Epsom Salt baths. aaahhhhhhh.
