On the MC, days 2 and 3 I had a constant headache due to caffeine withdrawal but that went away. I was drinking coffee like one would drink diet coke, all day and right before bed...love it! I've been without my favorite drink, coffee, for 9 days now. I'm not saying that after this cleanse, I wont go back to drinking coffee but for the Master-Cleanse I said I was going to go by the book!


Who knows, maybe by sticking to it you will stop having your migraines.
