 My cat Tabitha was killed. 5 days after her death we discovered she had 2 kittens. One cat, who we named after her was sick from the very beginning but we got her to eat and she is running around good now. The problem is she has a bad case of diarrhea. She is approximately 3 to 4 weeks old.

Any ideas??

Feed the kitten some unflavored milk kefir.  The beneficial bacteria in the kefir will help kill off pathogens that can cause the diarrhea.
