I don't know... i thought the resetting period was supposed to be a sudden lack of symptoms, not a worsening.
I know a sudden adverse reaction to previously helpful supplements can be part of the recovery cycle but how does one know for sure?
It feels like playing with fire.
Everyone I know who had AF and is passed it says you should start to feel genuine improvement within a couple months of a successful recovery program.
It is very confusing for me which is why it has been hard to decide what to do.
I have been all over the map symptom wise with lots of ups and downs and encouraging improvement followed by back tracking and rolling crashes. At this point the c support makes me crash and the lipo nano is barely tolerable at 1 drop. I am still trying to regain my strength from the last time I took the C support, that was on Thursday.
Dorine is very vague with me and doesn't let me ask many questions.
But I will ask her when we speak again.
I did ask why some people seem to develop a problem with the C after working with them and she said, that they don't, they come to them with an intolerance for the C. That struck me as a little dishonest or disillusioned, according to reports here.
I also asked how to get over it and she said some people just don't.
I have an acquaintance who is a naturopath and has helped many people with AF, she had never heard of the low clearance issue that is such a part of dr. Lam's recovery. Makes me wonder if its his protocol of heavy dosing that creates that problem.
