There is no reason that magnesium citrate should not work, unless you don't take enough of it. After all, Epsom Salts is a form of magnesium also. I found that for my body weight (125 pounds)600mg to 800 mg of magnesium citrate per serving is just fine.
Once you have done your flush with magnesium citrate, you will never look back, except to wonder why you have not tried it earlier....
Be kind to your body......and trust it.... if it does not want something...
