I use the liquid, and it says 10 drops a day, but maybe it was you who said to take 20. When I did, I got drunk as a skunk! LOL Even the 10 drops made me spacey, so I only take it when I don't have anything worthwhile to do for a few days. It really affects my brain. I understand it is the only anti-parasitic herb that can cross the blood-brain barrier.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's different for everyone.
