Genesis 1:29

God said, "I have given you every plant with seeds on the face of the earth and every tree that has fruit with seeds. This will be your food.

No mention / endorsement of meat consumption (raw or otherwise). Animals are not food, they are our friends.

The vegan diet makes logical sense as the diet of the Garden of Eden, as it requires no killing of sentient beings.
