Black seed oil should always be taken on an empty stomach. Your package directions says the opposite. Mr. H. wrote a wonderful article on how companies are giving incorrect information to protect their self.

I cannot tell you if your doc is good or not. I cannot force you to follow my suggestions. You must decide what is good for you.
