Thank you. Now that I look up descriptions of that stage I think you're right. I'm glad I was able to catch it before it got worse...

I've been on a gluten/egg-free diet according to another Sabre test I took a few months ago but it didn't really do anything (except help me lose a lot of weight!) so that's why my doctor and I looked into this possibility.

I'm supposed to get off the diet this month to see how I react but I'm a little woried.

In your opinion do you think lots of people with adrenal fatigue also have food sensitivities ?
