well thanks for the reply Niteblume but I dont think I have EMS . mine seems to just be from having food particles down under the gums themselves or nerve pain although I havent really had that since coming off of the benzos ..just every once in a while

although I have noticed an increase in pain at times since starting superfood and detoxing . I noticed that the pain gets much better after a dose of IF#1 and #2 n sometimes it just goes away on its on after a few hours so it may be related to that also

I think it started getting bad yesterday cause I was coming down with a sinus infection but I sure nipped that in the bud with the ech/garlic/cayenne though and a hot steamy shower .

all kinds of things can happen while detoxing and juice fasting so who knows really ..I know they will heal up some if not all the way while not eating and juice fasting

I have never corelated any of that to me though ..maybe I have never actually noticed it but its worth investigating I suppose

thats where being grounded will benefit greatly though ..have you tried that yet ?

I may get a grounding pad later on when things straighten up financially around here and see what happens

there are quite a few testomonies on here about them from Uny/Willowly and others
