Hello!

Here's something I found at a dream website:

To see your own face in your dream, represents the persona you show to the world as oppose to the real you. It may refer to how you confront problems and deal with issues in your life.

The left side indicates your female or receptive side.
I would guess that something said(lip)has you sore.
You pick at it,(mull it over)but this only makes it bigger. You try to heal it by covering it with a greasy ointment, but that only makes it (you?) livid. The color suggests jealousy, envy or possibly greed? What are your associations with that color of green?

The visiting couple...I believe they represent the issue that you're trying to deal with. Often when something is too close for comfort our dreams will make the situation more bearable by projecting it onto someone else. I'm not saying your husband is cheating on you. The man in the dream could be part of you own male side. Yes, you could be the cheater, or you may have been attracted to someone else and feeling guilty about it.
Dreams are truly multidimensional.

To me it seems that you care too much about what others think of you (saving face?)
You only heal when you confront the problem and
DO SOMETHING about it.

I may be totally off here, but at least it'll give you something to think about.
