The pain is right near the bottom of the ribcage in the back, so it's not real low in the back...more towards the middle, I guess. I had some cloudy urine at times and a little bit of an ache in my low/middle back. I thought maybe it was my kidney, but I also had liver pain which was worse, so I was a little more concerned with that.

I went to see a chiropractor who uses applied kinesiology technique and believes in natural cures and whole food supplements. I told him about my liver pain. He did some checking and asked me if my kidneys were bothering me because he felt like there was a problem there and not with my liver. He pointed out where they were, and I said that I did have some tenderness on the right side. He said that if the kidneys are not functioning properly, it can cause other organs (such as liver) to not work properly. He put me on a whole food supplement for a week and after a few days I was feeling much better. I saw him again a couple days after I finished the supplements and he said that my kidneys seemed much better. This is why I think it is important to have a doctor that you trust. If I wouldn't have had a doctor, I would have kept trying to treat my liver and possibly caused more damage to my kidneys in the process.

I am going to keep Liver Flushing since I'm not clean yet, but my revised plan is to do 2 Liver Flushes and then treat my kidneys for 2-4 weeks before I Liver-Flush again.
