Hi Jen, I'm a Jen too:) I take 100 mgs of zinc, 800mgs magnesium, adrenal glandular called sub adrene 2 droppers in the morning, 50mgs to 70mgs of pregnenalone, 50mgs b6, 3000mgs vitamin c, D Ribose 12g, simplex F 3x a day and I follow a strict low copper diet. I think progesterone is the key but I could not tolerate it even as a lotion so preg is a great way to raise it, keep me posted:)
