With an ovarian cyst, you'll need a minimum of 50 mg Lugol's or Iodoral, and better at 100 mg. Salt is used to aid bromine detox, or as a daily adrenal support. You also need Vit C 2000-3000 mg, magnesium citrate minimum 400 mg up to 1200 mg according to bowel tolerance, B complex at least 50 mg, selenomethionine 200 mcg. The kelp just won't cut it.
