Hi there,

Today is day 6 for me and up until today, I felt OK. Today has been awful. Severe stomach cramps and an overall nasty feelling. I cannot get anymore lemonade down for today, so I will drink the tea tonight and start coming off tomorrow. I guess I am detoxing too fast also. Funny how that can happen. I guess when you consider it took years to build all of these toxins, a few days of releasing them is going to cause some discomfort.

It has been a very different experience, and I will try it again, but not for a while. It is a difficult one to do and work, but I made it through 6 days I didn't think I would make it through.

I feel very proud to have come this far. Congrats to all of you for going the full length and then some.
