Goin' for 40 days. I haven't had any physical problems thus far. No headaches, cramping, dizziness or fatigue. I was expecting some, considering that I was going days without eating. It helps me not to quit. The hardest are the cravings, but I've also learned that it gets easier as time goes on. As long as I have my lemonade and drink plenty of water the cravings pass and I end up regretting the fact that I even thought about ruining it all. So everyone stay strong and don't sell yourselves short.
