Hi,

I did a Coffee-Enema the other day. I'm grounded a lot, but today I seem to ache everywhere. I haven't worked in years, and I could not work at this time. It's all I can do to feed myself and my 2 cats. My legs are in excruciating pain when I'm on them for a minute or two, and if they're not level or elevated.

I feel like a have a fever. I thought this morning that I may be a TAD better today, but the horrible pain returned soon after. I feel best on my bed on the Earthing sheet, but that's not very well. I never did many hot/cold showers. I need to be real easy on the ankle until it mends.

Does anyone think megadose Vit C wold help [Na Asc]? I know it's not natural but I'm suffering and I just want to feel better, and then I plan to quit all supps again.

I feel depressed and am afraid I'll never be the same again. I'm wondering if I'll ever feel well again.
