I am THRILLED for your recovery! Thank you for the time to share your story and help others! I believe that the techniques you've mentioned can help everyone, regardless of their condition.

I would like to try the grounding myself, but do not know the best sheet to buy. Also, I've read that a grounding wire can be made yourself, but I can't find any directions online.
