anyone here try TMG to balance neurotransmitters? I've heard that is one of it's functions if taken at the right dose (I've heard anywhere from 100mg to 1500mg can work for some). I plan on giving it a try especially as it has other positive functions:

I'd love to hear of others' experiences...I get the impression it helps your body make the neurotransmitters you need....so if you're anxious it helps, if your depressed it can help too....
