Sorry to hear you are having a bad time. I have recently been diognosed with vitimin B12 and Magnesium defficiency as well as a load of other stuff. Anyway I know that defficiences in certain vitimins and minerals can cause all sorts and that magnesium deffininately helps with headaches!

Could be work looking in to. I am now on a vitimin/mineral programme and taking very high doses. I'm praying this is going to make me feel a lot better! love to you!
