I'm on day four today, but I usually dry fast before leading into a water fast. I'm not sure where my body is headed this time. Mostly two to four days dry, but I've done nine dry, but that was with almost no activity and being extremely well hydrated, pounds of juicy fruit prior to the fast. Not sure my body could do that again. I hope to continue to fast with distilled water, maybe one more long fast will offer permanent relief like you mentioned. My mind is so willing, will have to see if the body is willing! I too have stiffness in my hips. Maybe this will be the last time! I have high hopes and determination to remain drug free.
