Some strains are stronger than others. VSL is too expensive for candida. Im not sure how well VSL colonizes. For me it did nothing after a week.It just cleared up my sinuses a bit, but did nothing else. I dont think there is any research on how well VSL colonizes and how effective it is for candida. If I remember VSL is more for Inflammation in the gut?
