Just saw this forum and wanted to post my recent experience for some of you who struggle with PMS and/or bad cramps. I recently started trying to eliminate a systemic candida problem using supplements and colonics and I have to say, my last period was hardly even noticeable. I mean, my flow was the normal amount/time, but I had no back pain or cramps. This was especially noticeable because until a couple of months ago, I was on bio-identical progesterone, which definitely helped my PMS and cramps, but only by about 50%.

Anyway -- don't know if this is a permanent cure or not, but it seems like an awesome way to go!
