if you want to do the flush you will want the epsom they go hand in hand in my opinion the alternatives are not so satifying. I have done 36 flushes and don't necessarily desire the epsom but I do appreciate it. Drink it with a straw to bypass taste buds. I also sometimes mixed or chased it with a bit of cherry magnesium citrate it is the aftertaste that gets me.
