Tried 3 lac. Seemed to work for a little over a week and then noticed no difference. Garden of life probiotics---as long as you dont have a inflammation response it might be worth it to keep trying. There might be particular strains in that formula that could be causing gas. I think some strains can cause gas. If you get an inflammation response/pain from it then i would avoid it. That might mean your immune system doesnt quite recognize the strain/considers it pathogenic and might be trying to fight it.
Im trying to focus on human strains that actually colonize and are clinically proven. The few ive researched are culturelle, Jarrow-ibs formula. Hopefully they work longer than a week.<< Return to the standard message view
