SSRI's (paxil et al) make brain chemstry worse in the long run not better. They can also make a person who is predisposed to mania spin out of control. Also it can lead to dishinibition - which leads to lots of other nasty consequences - risk taking etc. Have u looked into Taurine, Gaba, and other inhibitory substances?

Anxiety and panic aren't "justs" as the psychiatrist suggests which can be given medicine for... they are symptoms of something which needs to be addressed - nutritionally or otherwise. Best of luck.

paxil survivor here.. would NOT recommend it.
