I ask you, is RBTI (Reams Biological Theory of Ionization) a repackaged Arrhenius ion theory? A repackaged Arrhenius Alkaline\Acid theory?
And... who's work did Arrhenius build on? How far back does it go? We will likely never know.
In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter now does it? What matters first and foremost, is that people find simple, affordable ways to *prevent* disease from occurring in the first place, and the ability to resolve disease on their own when necessary.
Having *teachers* that *teach* us to do this (teach us to *fish* for ourselves, rather than handing us *a* fish), are teachers with a great compassion for humanity.
In that regard, if you believe in RBTI, you must have great admiration for someone like ML, who attempts to teach people *how to fish*.
