Benzo's are terrible things. The max I would safely say those were used IF AT ALL, is 1 week. Sadly they are prescribed for far longer then that. Look into the withdrawl Body-Zaps for one example of withdrawls, not to mention side-effects.

Have you given SJW a shot yet? That is far gentler then any SSRI and I have seen many people with Adrenal Fatigue using it and having good results.

Also, you post often and speak of your low cortisol, which I don't doubt. But never seem to answer if you have had any luck using Cortisol replacements?? Have you tried Isocort yet? Or Hydrocortisone (not that I particularly think HC is great for you) - since it can usually calm down those with Anxiety and Low Cortisol.

Anyway, I agree Laredo7. Read up on it first.
