The morning sickness with my 3rd (my post-mirena baby) was by far the worst. It was well into the 2nd tri before it let up to where I could eat more than cream of wheat cereal and toast. Still had it up until delivery to a smaller extent. I had to get a prescription for it, as much as I hate taking meds, especially while preggers. I needed to work full time though too. I only took something a couple times, when I was at my whit's end. I spent most of the time I wasn't working on the couch sleeping so I wouldn't feel the nausea! I tried the acupressure wrist bands. They help some people, but not me that I could tell. On the positive side, I've read that really bad morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy :)
