I am hoping to hear back from a fairly trusted source on nutrition soon about whether or not freezing distilled water would help to reorient the supposed loss of proper structure. I have no clue about whether or not it would work, but I'm hoping yes because I prefer distilled personally because I don't trust what's potentially in the other types of water.
