When I was dehydrated my urine was clear. When I started salt pushing and ingesting Himalayan salt it was yellow-ish. When I added the B Complex it was NEON!

Shoulda seen the lab tek who needed a sample for a drug test. I just said, "Sure is pretty, ain't it?" hahaha
