I used Ultimate Flora Critical Colon 80 Billion count by Renew Life. Like the title states, they contain 80 billion bacteria each and 14 different strains. I started with one capsule a day on an empty stomach, but eventually moved up to two a day until all symptoms disappeared, one morning and one at night. I still take one a day as maintenance, but I’m wondering how long I should stay on this dosage.

As far as the eggs, they were usually boiled, but sometimes for breakfast I would fry or scramble them in either olive oil or coconut oil. I always ate a couple of slices of coconut flour bread with the eggs.
