i have ACV too, should i use that right now?

have you ever taken bentonite/psyllium? i dont know if its eliminating much but it has given me bowel movements. i think im going to up the dosage since im doing good with the 3 times a day.

i know you have had success with the quassia bark, what is the exact type you use?
